                            HighVideo procedure

  DECLARATION:  HighVideo

      PURPOSE:  Selects high-intensity characters (colors 8..15)

         UNIT:  CRT

      REMARKS:  TextAttr is a byte variable defined in the CRT Unit.  It is
                used to hold the current video attribute.  HighVideo sets the
                high intensity bit of the foreground color stored in TextAttr.
                This moves colors 0-7 onto colors 8-15.
